Hi, I'm Violet.
Like many people who eventually find themselves on a healing path, I spent much of my life searching for answers.
From an early age I often felt different. I was treated like the black sheep of the family and never truly felt that I fit in with either my family or my peers.
All my life I experienced things I couldn't explain—sensing, seeing, feeling, and knowing things that seemed beyond everyday life. At the time I simply thought everyone experienced the world this way.
Whenever I shared these experiences, most people would dismiss them or offer logical explanations. Ironically, those same conversations often led to family members sharing their own unexplained experiences and ghost stories.
Life, however, had its own experiences waiting for me.
Since childhood, I experienced many challenges, abuse, traumas, accusations, losses, and hardships that shaped the person I am today. Some of those experiences buried parts of who I was beneath grief, fear, responsibility, and the shadows that were created from the many years of negative conditioning, self-doubt, shame, guilt, and limiting beliefs. Like many people who go through similar situations, I lost touch with myself while simply trying to survive.
However, the strongest part of me kept coming through, and my benevolent team never gave up on me, and kept coming in to assist me with healing and guidance. My intuition and inner knowing survived during it all too. I did, unfortunately, override it so many times, because of low self-worth and self-doubt.
Eventually my abilities became stronger and stronger until I could no longer chalk them up to normal everyday experiences, which started me on my journey to discovering who I really was through workshops, courses, books, classes, and groups to find like-minded people.
Each one gave me valuable tools, but also forced me to use discernment, and to not hand my power away, or hold blind belief in everything I was told. Unfortunately, not everyone is who they claim to be, or has our highest and best good at heart. I learned that the hard way. But perhaps the greatest teacher has always been life itself.
My greatest lesson came when my young son became seriously ill with cancer at the age of five. Walking beside him through seven years of treatment, hope, heartbreak, love, courage, and ultimately losing him, changed me forever. It taught me more about compassion, resilience, grief, and the human spirit than any course or qualification ever could.
Although nothing can remove that loss, it deepened my understanding of what it truly means to hold space for another person who is suffering. It reminded me that healing is not always about fixing what cannot be fixed. Sometimes healing is learning how to carry life's deepest experiences with greater understanding, compassion, and love. It taught me that there are parts of our soul's journey that cannot be overridden, no matter how deeply we wish we could, no matter how hard we try, and how much of ourselves we give.
It taught me to respect each individual's soul's journey, and their own unique journey of growth. Because it's theirs and theirs alone. We can only support, guide, hold the space, and be with them, and ourselves, so that they can heal or walk the path they chose long before we ever knew their name or saw their face.
Today, my work is centered on helping people reconnect with themselves. To go within, know yourself and stand within that strength, wisdom, and deep inner knowing, understanding, and belief that can only come from you.
My role is to simply help you tap into your authentic self. Create a safe, compassionate space where together we can gently explore the patterns, experiences, beliefs, shadows, blocks, traumas, grief, and memories that may be holding you back, so that you can rediscover you beneath it all. Because at the heart of everything I believe is one simple truth: Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about unlocking the real you that's always been there.
And even though I have been learning and practicing healing work for decades, after all these years I still consider myself a student of life. Every experience teaches me something new, and I have no doubt that journey will continue for the rest of my existence, no matter where I am. And I am always discovering new ways to better myself and gently heal the parts of me that may still be quietly waiting for the right time to be seen, understood, and healed. After all, healing isn't a destination; it's a lifelong journey of growth, self-discovery, and remembering who we truly are.
Wishing you love and blessings on your own healing journey.
Love,
𝑉𝑖𝑜𝑙𝑒𝑡 ❤
