If you have booked a Decoding the Self: The Quantum Soul Processing™, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Techniqueβ (QHHT®), or Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) session with me, I'll send you an email explaining everything you need to know before your appointment and how to prepare for your session.
Most other sessions require no special preparation.
Before you come to your appointment, I recommend wearing comfortable, breathable, non-restrictive clothing so you can relax and enjoy your session.
Depending on the type of session you've booked, your appointment may take place sitting comfortably in a chair, relaxing on a comfortable therapy table with a pillow and blanket, or a combination of both. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can simply relax, feel comfortable, and be yourself.
It's important to keep in mind that no two people are the same, and every session is unique to the individual.
While it can be exciting to read other people's testimonials and experiences with the different modalities available at Violet's Quantum Healings, or hear stories or read books about sessions elsewhere, it's important to remember that your session is about you. Your Higher Self will always bring forward what is most appropriate for you at that particular time.
For this reason, please don't expect to have the same experience as someone else or compare your session with theirs. Every person brings their own life experiences, challenges, strengths, traumas, and readiness to heal, which is why every session unfolds in its own unique way.
Some people have wonderfully adventurous experiences, while others have quiet, heartfelt, or deeply healing sessions. Neither is better than the other. Sometimes what we need most is something much simpler—a quiet conversation, a deeper understanding, a gentle release, or the opportunity to begin letting go of what no longer serves us.
That's why I encourage you to come to your session with an open mind and heart, while leaving expectations and desired outcomes at the door. This allows you to fully engage in the healing process and receive whatever is most appropriate for you at that time.
Remember, healing cannot be rushed, forced, or faked. Be kind and compassionate with yourself, allow yourself time to reflect, and remain open to whatever unfolds. Your willingness to participate in your own healing is one of the most powerful tools in your healing process.
My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for you by using the knowledge, experience, natural abilities, and tools I have to guide you on your path to self-discovery and healing, so that you can move forward in the way that best supports your individual needs.
The healing, growth, and choices that follow are always your own.
Some people notice immediate changes, while others experience healing more gradually over time. A lot of people benefit from more than one session, particularly when working through long-standing patterns or deeply rooted trauma.
As with all sessions, any healing that occurs can have an effect on your mind, body, and/or emotions, and can last for an undetermined length of time, depending on the root cause, and how ready you are to release it.
During this time you may feel:
Thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, aches, or pains may surface as your mind, body, and energy begin to adjust to their new energetic patterns.
Some of these experiences can be a sign that the healing process has begun. Don't resist or try to bury any of these experiences. Allow yourself the time and space to simply notice them, reflect on them, document them, and let the healing process unfold naturally.
Keeping a journal of any pain, thoughts, songs, emotions, dreams, or insights that keep coming up allows you to reflect later on how they may be connected to your current situation.
Be sure to rest, drink extra water, and be kind to yourself, especially over the next 48 hours after your session. And as always, if you are under medical care for any reason, please continue to follow up with your healthcare provider as recommended to reevaluate any condition you have, especially if you are being treated with medication.
Listen to what your body is telling you, and take time to reflect on any experiences or insights that may arise.
With love and light,
